ITINERÁRIOS DA EXPERIÊNCIA RELIGIOSA E A FAMÍLIA DE USUÁRIOS DE UM CAPS DE BELÉM: CONTRIBUIÇÕES DA FENOMENOLOGIA
Possíveis relações entre experiência religiosa e a saúde mental têm sido recorrentemente debatidas por inúmeras áreas de conhecimento. Nesse campo, a espiritualidade/religiosidade (E/R) podem figurar como demanda dos usuários no cotidiano dos serviços de saúde, suscitando a reflexão e manejo dos profissionais envolvidos. Com base em tal cenário, este capítulo foi elaborado como parte integrante dos resultados de uma pesquisa que objetivou compreender como a experiência espiritual/religiosa de usuários de um CAPS interage com os modos de cuidado em saúde mental e analisar os sentidos da experiência espiritual/religiosa para essas pessoas. O estudo qualitativo de cunho fenomenológico e hermenêutico ocorreu em um CAPS III de Belém-PA e pautou-se na realização de entrevistas semidirigidas. Participaram oito usuários que realizam o acompanhamento em saúde mental no local de pesquisa, cumprindo todos os critérios previstos de inclusão e exclusão. As entrevistas tiveram os áudios gravados, transcritos e submetidos à análise do discurso, a partir da hermenêutica de Ricoeur. As informações foram organizadas em categorias a partir das unidades de sentido, dentre as quais destacamos a que descreve os itinerários da experiência religiosa e a família. A perspectiva dos colaboradores sobre a experiência religiosa e a interferência do núcleo familiar mostrou-se como território com fronteiras fluidas que se entrelaçam continuamente, ora interagindo de maneira a criar um ambiente que inspira segurança e harmonia para a saúde mental dos mesmos, ora contribuindo para o surgimento de obrigações e sobrecargas que aprisionam e causam desconforto.

Abstract:
The research revolves around religious experience and its interface with mental health. Possible relationships between these two theoretical fields have been recurrently debated by numerous areas of knowledge. Spirituality/religiosity (S/R) can appear as a demand of users in the daily life of health services, prompting reflection and management of the professionals involved. Based on this scenario, the objective was to understand how the spiritual/religious experience of users of a CAPS interacts with the modes of care in mental health and to analyze the meanings of the spiritual/religious experience for these people. The qualitative study of a phenomenological and hermeneutic nature took place in a CAPS III in Belém-PA and was based on semi-structured interviews. Eight users who carry out monitoring in mental health at the research site participated, fulfilling all the inclusion criteria. The interviews had their audios recorded, being later transcribed and submitted to discourse analysis, based on Ricoeur's hermeneutics. The information was organized into categories based on the units of meaning, among which we highlight the one that describes the itineraries of the religious experience and the family. The employees' perspective on the religious experience and the interference of the family nucleus proved to be a territory with fluid borders that continuously intertwine, sometimes interacting in a way to create an environment that inspires security and harmony for their mental health, sometimes contributing to the emergence of obligations and burdens that imprison and cause discomfort.
