ISOLAMENTO ACÚSTICO LEGAL, NORMAL, OU REAL: QUAL ADOTAR?
Este trabalho faz uma reflexão sobre a questão da definição do isolamento sonoro de origem aérea recomendado para envoltórias de ambientes de edificações na vertente da privacidade acústica no contexto do tratamento acústico de recintos fechados. Foram desvelados três formatos possíveis dessa definição de isolamento, aqui nomeados de legal, normal e real, na perspectiva do conceito de diferença de nível de pressão acústica entre ambientes que uma partição edilícia pretende isolar, uma expressão da difundida noção de perda por transmissão acústica. Na reflexão teórica, os níveis de critério pelas curvas NC foram adotados nos âmbitos federal (Brasil), estadual (Minas Gerais) e municipal (Belo Horizonte). Quanto à indagação no título do trabalho, o formato de isolamento acústico real é melhor para orientação da especificação de sistemas construtivos de isolamento acústico pelo profissional.

Abstract:
This work focused on the issue of airborn sound insulation to the indoor enclosures regarding acoustic privacy in the context of the acoustic treatment of enclosed spaces. Three types of isolation were displayed, namely real, normal, and legal from the perspective of the notion of level difference, a kind of acoustic trasnmisson loss parameter. The theory reflection applied the noise criteria NC concept contextualized to federal (Brazil), state (Minas Gerais) and municipal (Belo Horizonte) ambits. Regarding the question posed in the title of this paper, here is suggested that the real type acoustic insulation is better to guide the specification of acoustical building insulation system by professional.
