Abstract: Agriculture is the primary consumer of freshwater globally. With population growth, water demand in agriculture increases, especially in the face of extreme climate change predictions. This raises concerns about access to drinking water. Precision agriculture is a solution to reduce water consumption by measuring parameters such as soil moisture and temperature for real-time irrigation control. This study develops an automated irrigation system using fuzzy logic through an ESP32 microcontroller and a set of sensors. The prototype monitors soil moisture and ambient temperature using the FC-28 and DHT11 sensors and controls a water pump via a relay module. Integration with the Blynk platform enabled real-time remote monitoring through web and mobile interfaces. Tests demonstrated that integrating with the Blynk platform allowed remote monitoring, ensuring practicality and efficiency in managing the developed irrigation prototype.
