INVISIBILIDADE DA VIOLÊNCIA LGBTFÓBICA NOS SISTEMAS DE INFORMAÇÃO EM SAÚDE DO BRASIL: MODELO TEÓRICO DE COMPREENSÃO
Objetivou-se no presente estudo mapear as normativas brasileiras referentes à vigilância da violência LGBTfóbica e propor um modelo de compreensão da invisibilidade desse agravo com base na ordem social de normalização do problema. A violência LGBTfóbica apresenta fragilidades e inexistência de variáveis para vigilância em saúde do agravo. Uma questão a ser considerada para a compreensão desse fenômeno diz respeito às ordens sociais de normalização da violência contra essa população que mantém-na em um lugar de marginalização e invisibilidade, compondo um fluxo causal de permanência do problema e dificuldade na efetivação de políticas públicas para mudança dessa realidade. A não busca por serviços, causada também pela exclusão e vulnerabilidade social, fragiliza os sistemas de captação de informações existentes e dificulta a implementação de novos.

Abstract:
The objective of the present study was to map the Brazilian norms regarding the surveillance of LGBTphobic violence and to propose a model for understanding the invisibility of this problem based on the social order of normalization of the problem. However, LGBTphobic violence has weaknesses and no variables for health surveillance of the disease. An issue to be considered for the understanding of this phenomenon concerns the social orders for the normalization of violence against this population that keeps it in a place of marginalization and invisibility, composing a causal flow of permanence of the problem and difficulty in the implementation of public policies for changing this reality. Failure to seek services, also caused by exclusion and social vulnerability, weakens existing information capture systems and makes it difficult to implement new ones.
