Investimentos em TI: os bancos divulgam estes investimentos?
Este estudo tem como objetivo, identificar se os bancos têm efetuado disclosure de seus investimentos em TI aos investidores. Para isso foram analisadas as Demonstrações Financeiras Padronizadas (DFPs) de todos os bancos listados na bolsa de valores oficial do Brasil (B3) entre 2013 e 2017 para verificar se os bancos divulgaram estes investimentos, onde e como. O resultado obtido foi que dos 25 bancos listados 76% realizaram disclosure dos seus investimentos em TI em todas as DFPs dos anos analisados, divulgando em suas notas explicativas como ativos imobilizados e ativos intangíveis e que não utilizaram uma nomenclatura padrão para estas divulgações.

Abstract:
This study aims to identify whether banks have made disclosure of their investments to investors. Standardized Financial Statements (SFSs) of all banks listed on the official Brazilian stock exchange (B3) between 2013 and 2017 were analyzed to verify if banks released these investments, where and how. The result obtained was that of the 25 listed banks, 76% carried out disclosure of their IT investments in all the SFSs analyzed years, disclosing in their explanatory notes as fixed assets and active unreachable assets that did not use a standard nomenclature for these disclosures.
