INVESTIMENTO PÚBLICOS E VALORIZAÇÃO IMOBILIÁRIA EM ÁREAS INFORMAIS
O presente trabalho analisa se há
repercussões no valor dos alugueis informais
provocadas por investimentos públicos. Para
tanto, investiga o mercado de aluguéis e
as alterações nos valores das moradias na
Comunidade da Serrinha, área central de
Florianópolis – SC. Os dados apresentados
confirmam que investimentos em áreas
de informalidades repercutem no mercado
imobiliário, em especial, no valor dos aluguéis. O
estudo objetivou contribuir para a compreensão
da realidade da população que vive de aluguel
em áreas informais, viabilizando uma análise
crítica das condições de acesso à moradia e
das desigualdades socioespaciais.

Abstract:
The present work analyses the
repercussions of public investments on informal
urban areas have on the value of rent. Therefore,
the researcher investigate the rental market and
the value alteration of habitation at Serrinha’s
slum, central part of Florianópolis – SC. Data
presented in this study confirm that public
investment made on informal areas reverberate
on the real estate market, in particular, the
rental value. The study aimed to contribute to
understand the reality of the population living
in informal areas, making feasible a critical
analysis of the conditions of access to housing
and social and spatial inequalities.
