INVESTIGAÇÃO SOBRE A PRÁTICA DO BULLYING NO ENSINO MÉDIO: DESAFIOS E POSSIBILIDADES
Uma das problemáticas presentes
atualmente no âmbito educacional se refere ao
bullying, pois esta prática traz consequências
às vítimas. Este trabalho teve como objetivo
identificar elementos que sinalizassem a
necessidade de abordar o tema bullying em uma
escola da rede estadual localizada no município
do agreste de Alagoas, bem como verificar os
desafios que permeiam essa realidade escolar.
Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, que teve
como público alvo estudantes de ensino médio.
Foram realizadas visitas e intervenções na
escola no período de maio e julho de 2017.
Os alunos responderam uma enquete para
demonstrarem se tinham interesse sobre a
temática apresentada e foi adotado um diário
de campo para registros das observações mais
importantes. Notou-se a partir de conversas
informais que o bullying é praticado na escola.
Durante as intervenções, muitos alunos disseram
que os principais autores do bullying são alunos
e professores. De acordo com o observado, o
bullying era praticado com mais frequência no
turno vespertino, principalmente por meninos.
As enquetes mostraram que a maioria dos
alunos indicou que é necessária a abordagem
do tema em outros momentos na escola. Muitos
alunos mostraram ter conhecimento sobre o
bullying e suas consequências, mas ficou claro que consideram o ato uma brincadeira.
Diante disto, medidas preventivas devem ser adotadas pelos profissionais da escola,
como rodas de conversa, projetos e abordagem em sala de aula para que o tema seja
discutido com frequência para proporcionar aos sujeitos da escola uma sensibilização.
Além da discussão permanente é relevante um acompanhamento com psicólogo na
escola.

Abstract:
One of the current problems in education refers to bullying, because
this practice brings consequences to the victims. This work aimed to identify elements
that indicate the need to address the issue of bullying in a state school located in the
municipality of the agreste of Alagoas, as well as to verify the challenges that permeate
this school reality. This is a qualitative study, which had the target audience of high
school students. Visits and interventions were carried out at the school in May and July
2017. The students answered a survey to demonstrate if they had an interest in the
topic presented and a field diary was used to record the most important observations. It
has been noted from informal conversations that bullying is practiced in school. During
the interventions, many students said that the main authors of bullying are students
and teachers. According to the observed, bullying was practiced more frequently in
the afternoon shift, mainly by boys. Polls showed that most students indicated that it is
necessary to approach the theme at other times in school. Many students have shown
they have knowledge about bullying and its consequences, but it is clear that they
consider it a joke. In view of this, preventive measures should be adopted by school
professionals, such as talk wheels, projects and classroom approach so that the topic
is often discussed to provide school subjects with awareness. In addition to the ongoing
discussion, it is important to follow up with a psychologist at the school.
