Investigação Histórica das Abordagens da Cultura Organizacional usadas na Engenharia de Produção
O objetivo deste capítulo é identificar
as abordagens da Cultura Organizacional usadas
nas publicações da Engenharia de Produção.
Inicialmente analisou-se o uso do conceito
de Cultura Organizacional nas publicações
científicas da Engenharia de Produção mais
reconhecidas pela comunidade acadêmica
mundial dessa área de conhecimento.
Buscaram-se artigos diretamente relacionados
à interface entre Cultura Organizacional e
Engenharia de Produção na Web of Science
sem restrição de data de início até 2015. No
contexto dos 46 artigos encontrados foram
identificadas 10 abordagens principais de
Cultura Organizacional, relacionadas a Níveis
e Elementos de Cultura Organizacional,
Dimensões da Cultura, Tipos de Cultura,
Subculturas e Congruência Cultural. Considerase,
assim, que foi realizado um mapeamento de
pesquisa que permite uma efetiva compreensão
de como o conceito de Cultura Organizacional
têm sido usado na Engenharia de Produção ao
longo de sua história. Futuramente pretende-se
analisar a integração de todas as abordagens
aqui apresentadas, tanto pelo seu grau de
similaridade, como em sua totalidade. Objetivase,
assim, realizar um mapeamento de pesquisa
mais consistente sobre como conceitos de
Cultura Organizacional vêm sendo usados
na área de conhecimento da Engenharia de
Produção.

Abstract:
This chapter aims at identifying
the Organizational Culture approaches used
in publications of Production Engineering.
At first the use of Organizational Culture
concept was analyzed in the publications of
Production Engineering most recognized by
global academic community linked to this field
of knowledge. Articles straightly related to the
interface between Organizational Culture and
Production Engineering were sought at Web
of Science with no restriction of initial date until
2015. In the context of the 46 papers which
were found, 10 main Organizational Culture
approaches were identified, linked to Levels and
Elements of Organizational Culture, Cultural
Dimensions, Types of Culture, Subcultures and
Cultural Congruency. It is considered that a
research mapping was done in a way to allow
the effective comprehension of how the concept
of Organizational Culture has been used in
Production Engineering over its history. In the near future the author intends to analyze
the integration of all the approaches here presented, not only by their similarity degree,
but also considering them all. In this way, the objective is to conduct a more consistent
research mapping about how the concept of Organizational Culture has been used in
the field of knowledge of Production Engineering.
