INVESTIGAÇÃO DOS EFEITOS DA TERAPIA POR PRESSÃO NEGATIVA NA CICATRIZAÇÃO DE FERIDAS ASSOCIADAS Á MATRIZ DÉRMICA SINTÉTICA.
Objetivo: Identificar na literatura os benefícios da utilização da terapia por pressão negativa associada à matriz dérmica sintética e a importância do enfermeiro no processo terapêutico deste cliente de forma humanizada. Metodologia análise integrativa de literatura disponível em LILACS, SCIELO, Sociedade Brasileira de Queimaduras e Conselho Federal de Enfermagem. No período de 2010 a 2019 Resultados: o curativo é indicado para uma variedade de lesões que incluem feridas agudas e crônicas, as inovações são um diferencial a ser observados pelo enfermeiro e que a associação com o uso de novas tecnologias estão sendo testadas a cada dia, porém os estudos ainda são insuficientes, mas sinalizam que o futuro da terapêutica é promissor. Conclusão: O curativo por pressão negativa associado ao implante da matriz dérmica sintética envolve uma série de benefícios ao cliente e dispõe ao enfermeiro a visão da progressão positivada da cicatrização de feridas extensas, promovendo assim a diminuição do tempo de internação do cliente e dos níveis de infecção em decorrência da exposição da ferida e um plano de cuidados eficaz para esse cliente

Abstract:
Objective: To identify in the literature the benefits of using the negative pressure therapy associated with the synthetic dermal matrix and the importance of the nurse in the therapeutic process of this client in a humanized way. Methodology integrative analysis of literature available in LILACS, SCIELO, BIREME, Brazilian Society of Burns and Regional Nursing Council. From 2010 to 2019 Results: dressing is indicated for à variety of injuries that include acute and chronic wounds, innovations are a differential to be observed by the nurse and that the association with the use of new technologies are being tested every day, but the studies are still insufficient, but they indicate that the future of therapeutics is promising. Conclusion: Negative pressure dressing associated with the synthetic dermal matrix implant involves a series of benefits to the client and provides nurses with a view of the positive progression of extensive wound healing, thus promoting the reduction of the client's hospitalization time and the levels of infection due to exposure of the wound an effective care plan for that customer -
