INVESTIGAÇÃO DA PREPARAÇÃO DOS PROFESSORES PARA TRABALHAR OS ALUNOS COM NECESSIDADES ESPECIAIS NA ESCOLA ESTADUAL GOVERNADOR DIX-SEPT ROSADO EM MOSSORÓ/RN
A pesquisa considera a escola um local onde deve acontecer democracia
e inclusão, onde os alunos são os sujeitos ativos no processo de socialização,
precisem eles de necessidades especiais ou não. Este trabalho tem como objetivo
avaliar a preparação de professores da Escola Estadual Governador Dix-Sept Rosado
da cidade de Mossoró para trabalhar os alunos que possuem necessidades
especiais. Diante as dificuldades de lidar com estudantes que tinham deficiências
não aparentes, a investigação foi realizada com perguntas para 45 professores e
uma entrevista com a supervisora de um dos turnos. Em sua totalidade, os docentes
afirmaram não se sentirem preparados no seu dia a dia trabalhando com estes
alunos e que também não receberam nenhum tipo de preparação para isto por parte
do governo.

Abstract:
The research considers the school as a place where democracy and
inclusion must happen, where students are the active subjects in the socialization
process, whether they require special needs or not. This study aims to evaluate the
preparation of teachers of the Escola Estadual Governador Dix-Sept Rosado in the
city of Mossoró to work with students with special needs. Faced with the difficulties
of dealing with students who had no apparent deficiencies, the investigation was
conducted with questions for 45 teachers and an interview with the supervisor of one
of the shifts. In their totality, the teachers stated that they did not feel prepared in
their daily rotine to work with these students and that they also did not receive any
kind of preparation for this from the government.
