INTRODUÇÃO ÀS RELAÇÕES INTERNACIONAIS
O objetivo desse estudo consiste em configurar introdução às Relações Internacionais, bem como projetar luz sobre a diversas teorias, inclusive a soberania do Estado. Não podendo os contrastes que surgem nas Relações internacionais ser resolvidos mediante decisão de um poder soberano capaz de impor um ordenamento jurídico eficaz, os Estados recorrem à prova de força, vendo-se obrigados, na possibilidade de tal situação, armarem-se uns contra os outros ou, se não puderem confiar só em suas armas, a apoiarem-se nas armas alheias. Este conceito das Relações internacionais e da sua diferença quanto às relações internas não é desmentido pela existência de um direito internacional, que muitos juristas consideram um ordenamento originário, plenamente vinculador para quantos lhe estão sujeitos (BOBBIO, 1998). Destarte, esse estudo se justifica, porquanto a produção de conhecimento científico na área, constitui ponto de partida para qualquer investigação sobre o assunto, ao mesmo tempo em que os resultados destes trabalhos evidenciam a necessidade de conhecer a realidade do ensino de Relações Internacionais, a pesquisa e a profissionalização.

Abstract:
The objective of this study is to configure an introduction to International Relations, as well as to shed light on several theories, including the sovereignty of the State. As the contrasts that arise in International Relations cannot be resolved by a decision of a sovereign power capable of imposing an effective legal order, States resort to the test of force, seeing themselves obliged, in the event of such a situation, to arm themselves against each other. others or, if they cannot rely on their own weapons, to rely on the weapons of others. This concept of International Relations and its difference in terms of internal relations is not contradicted by the existence of an international law, which many jurists consider an original order, fully binding for those who are subject to it (BOBBIO, 1998). Thus, this study is justified, as the production of scientific knowledge in the area, constitutes a starting point for any investigation on the subject, while the results of these studies highlight the need to know the reality of teaching International Relations, the research and professionalization.
