INTOXICAÇÃO POR AGROTÓXICO E ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA À SAÚDE
o objetivo desta revisão de literatura foi identificar a atuação dos profissionais da Atenção Primária à Saúde frente às intoxicações por agrotóxicos. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura de estudos publicados entre 2002 e 2020, na Biblioteca Virtual da Saúde e no Portal de periódicos da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior. Para a busca, utilizaram-se os descritores Enfermagem, Atenção Primária à Saúde, Agroquímicos, e os sinônimos Agrotóxicos, Pesticidas, Intoxicações, Intoxicações por Agrotóxicos. Como resultados, verificou-se que a amostra foi composta por 29 artigos. Destacam-se estudos descritivos (66%), quantitativos (57%), realizados no Rio Grande do Sul (31%). Dados sobre as implicações na saúde relacionadas ao uso de agrotóxicos e o perfil das intoxicações constituem a maioria das publicações. Sobre a adoção de medidas preventivas e ações ou estratégias educativas e de intervenção para auxiliar a prática dos profissionais, são descritas sucintamente. Conclui-se, com esta pesquisa, que há um aumento no número de publicações envolvendo agrotóxicos nos últimos cinco anos, porém identificou-se como fragilidade a realização poucos trabalhos abordando a atuação dos profissionais da Atenção Primária nesses casos.

Abstract:
The objective of this literature review was to identify the role of Primary Health Care professionals in the face of pesticide poisoning. This is an integrative literature review of studies published between 2002 and 2020, in the Virtual Health Library and in the Portal of periodicals of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel. For the search, the descriptors Nursing, Primary Health Care, Agrochemicals were used, and the synonyms Agrochemicals, Pesticides, Intoxications, Pesticide Poisoning. As a result, it was found that the sample consisted of 29 articles. Descriptive (66%), quantitative (57%) studies, carried out in Rio Grande do Sul (31%), stand out. Data on the health implications related to the use of pesticides and the profile of intoxications constitute the majority of publications. Regarding the adoption of preventive measures and educational and intervention actions or strategies, briefly described to assist professionals’ practice. It is concluded with this research that there is an increase in the number of publications involving pesticides in the last five years, however, it was identified as a weakness the carrying out of few works addressing the performance of Primary Care professionals in these cases.
