INTERVENÇÕES DE ENFERMAGEM NO CONTEXTO DO ATENDIMENTO PRÉ-HOSPITALAR MÓVEL
Introdução: A assistência de
enfermagem no Atendimento Pré-Hospitalar
Móvel (APHM), representa um grande desafio.
O enfermeiro necessita definir ações imediatas,
focadas e prioritárias frente ao agravo de
saúde do paciente. Objetivo: Selecionar
e elaborar Intervenções de Enfermagem
(IE) com base na Classificação Internacional
para a Prática de Enfermagem (CIPE®), no
contexto do APHM. Método: Trata-se de uma
pesquisa descritiva do tipo metodológica, com
abordagem quantitativa, realizada em CuritibaPR, em 2015. Foram utilizados os critérios do
Conselho Internacional de Enfermeiros que
recomenda as linhas de orientação para criar
enunciados de IE; o modelo ISO 18.104/2003;
o Modelo de Sete Eixos da CIPE®, e o Catálogo
da CIPE®, versão 2013. Resultados: Desta
forma, foram selecionadas 32 afirmativas
de intervenções pré-coordenadas e foram
elaboradas 58 afirmativas de IE, totalizando
90 intervenções. Discussão: Observou-se
que algumas IE não estavam contempladas na
CIPE®, versão 2013, principalmente na área da
Urgência e Emergência e especificamente os
direcionados para o atendimento de trauma.
Conclusão: As Intervenções de Enfermagem
identificadas podem colaborar com cuidados
mais direcionados e sistematizados frente a
assistência de enfermagem no APHM. E podem
contribuir para aproximação da CIPE® nesta
área de atuação.

Abstract:
Introduction: Nursing care in
Mobile Prehospital Care (APHM) represents
a great challenge. The nurse needs to define
immediate, focused and priority actions against
the patient’s health problem. Objective: To
select and elaborate Nursing Interventions
(IE) based on the International Classification
for Nursing Practice (ICNP®), in the context of
APHM. Method: This is a descriptive research
of the methodological type, with a quantitative
approach, carried out in Curitiba-PR, in 2015.
The criteria of the International Council of Nurses
were used, recommending the guidelines to
create IE statements; the ISO 18104/2003 model;
the ICNP® Seven Axes Model, and the ICNP®
Catalog, version 2013. Results: 32 affirmations
of pre-coordinated interventions were selected
and 58 IE statements were elaborated, totaling
90 interventions. Discussion: It was observed
that some IE were not included in the ICNP®,
version 2013, mainly in the area of Emergency and specifically those directed to the
trauma care. Conclusion: The Nursing Interventions identified can collaborate with
more directed and systematized care towards nursing care in APHM, and they can
contribute to the approximation of ICNP® in this area.
