INTERVENÇÕES DE ENFERMAGEM NO AUTOCUIDADO DOS DOENTES RENAIS COM FÍSTULA ARTERIOVENOSA: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Relatar as experiências das acadêmicas de enfermagem com pacientes doentes renais crônicos portadores de fístula arteriovenosa. Trata-se de um relato de experiência descritivo, de caráter reflexivo, vivenciado durante a construção do trabalho de conclusão de curso como parte de uma pesquisa-ação, subsidiada pela teoria da problematização e mediada pelo Arco de Maguerez sobre as possíveis intervenções de enfermagem no autocuidado dos doentes renais crônicos com fístula arteriovenosa em uma clínica de hemodiálise da Amazônia Ocidental. A estratégia de pesquisa implementada através das cinco etapas direcionou as acadêmicas na identificação da realidade através do uso de entrevistas com os pacientes como ponto de partida para a busca de conhecimento empírico, identificação dos pontos chaves, teorização e hipóteses de solução para ação transformadora, proporcionando aprendizados sobre a temática e compreensão da importância do autocuidado com a fístula arteriovenosa dos doentes renais crônicos. A construção da “cartilha” como ferramenta estratégica para educação em saúde e produto de intervenção, tenciona ao empoderamento do paciente e colabora com a melhora da qualidade de vida do doente renal crônico, reafirmando assim a potencialização da enfermagem como ciência e seu papel significativo na promoção da saúde.

Abstract:
To report the experiences of nursing students with patients with chronic kidney disease with arteriovenous fistula. It is a descriptive experience report, reflective, experienced during the construction of the course conclusion work as part of an action research, subsidized by the problematization theory and mediated by the Arch of Maguerez about possible nursing interventions in self-care of chronic kidney patients with arteriovenous fistula in a hemodialysis clinic in Western Amazonia. The search strategy implemented through the five steps directed the academics to identify the reality through the use of interviews with patients, as a starting point for the search for empirical knowledge, identification of key points, theorization and hypotheses of a solution for transformative action, providing learning on the theme and understanding of the importance of self-care with arteriovenous fistula in chronic kidney patients. The construction of the “booklet” as a strategic tool for health education and intervention product, intends to empower the patient and collaborates with the improvement of the quality of life of the chronic kidney patient, thus reaffirming the empowerment of nursing as a science and its significant role in health promotion.
