INTERVENÇÃO PEDAGÓGICA NOS CURSOS DE LETRAS: POR UMA EDUCAÇÃO SOCIOLINGUÍSTICA CONSCIENTE
Os estudos sociolinguísticos podem trazer muitas contribuições para o ensino da Língua Portuguesa (LP). Dentre elas, estão o reconhecimento da pluralidade linguística brasileira, em que convivem variedades diversas, e definição conceitual básica para o tratamento adequado dos fenômenos linguísticos variáveis. Entretanto, sabemos que todo o aparato teórico-metodológico para o tratamento da variação linguística, principalmente sob o viés educacional, ainda não chega de forma efetiva na formação docente inicial e, consequentemente, às salas de aula da educação básica. Com a crença, portanto, de que o futuro professor deve ter uma formação bem fundamentada sobre e como trabalhar o tema variação linguística, à luz da Sociolinguística Educacional, elaboramos Projeto de Intervenção Pedagógica (PIP), desenvolvido nas salas de aula dos 3ºs anos dos cursos de Letras da Universidade Estadual do Norte do Paraná UENP/ campus Jacarezinho. Neste artigo, apresentamos o PIP, como também os resultados alcançados, aplicado por meio de um plano de ação, voltado para teoria - prática, na formação docente inicial, a fim de conscientizar o futuro professor de Língua Portuguesa sobre a importância da abordagem da variação linguística no contexto escolar.

Abstract:
Sociolinguistic studies can bring many contributions to the teaching of the Portuguese Language (LP). Among them, there is the recognition of the Brazilian linguistic plurality, in which diverse varieties coexist, and basic conceptual definition for the adequate treatment of the variable linguistic phenomena. However, we know that the whole theoretical and methodological apparatus for the treatment of linguistic variation, especially under the educational bias, does not yet reach effectively in the initial teacher education and, consequently, in the basic education classrooms. With the belief, therefore, that the future teacher must have a well-founded training on and how to work on the topic of linguistic variation, in the light of Educational Sociolinguistics, we have developed a Pedagogical Intervention Project (PIP), developed in the classrooms of the 3rd years of the students. Language courses at the State University of Northern Paraná UENP / Jacarezinho campus. In this article, we present the PIP, as well as the results achieved, applied through an action plan, focused on theory - practice, in initial teacher education, in order to raise the awareness of the future Portuguese language teacher about the importance of the variation approach language in the school context.
