INTERVENÇÃO DA MONITORIA NO PROCESSO DE INTEGRAÇÃO DOS ALUNOS
O principal objetivo desse trabalho foi
propor uma intervenção pedagógica da monitoria
dentro do Módulo de Metodologia do Voleibol do
Curso de Educação Física da Universidade de
Fortaleza a fim de mediar conflitos que foram
observados no decorrer do semestre 2017.1.
Trata-se de relato de experiência que utilizou
como método o Arco de Maguerez. Os dados
foram coletados na Universidade de Fortaleza
no período de 6 a 14 de junho de 2017. A
amostra foi composta por 6 alunos do curso de
Educação Física, estando estes entre o 2º e o
7º semestre de sua formação e matriculados no
módulo metodologia do voleibol. Os resultados
indicaram que 100% tinha algum envolvimento
com situações de Bullying, sendo 50% autores
e 16,7% vítimas, demonstrando o quanto os
alunos não têm consciência da seriedade do
assunto e de suas consequências, bem como a
importância da intervenção da Universidade no
combate ao Bullying.

Abstract:
The main objective of this work
was to propose a pedagogical intervention of
monitoring within the Volleyball Methodology
Module of the Physical Education Course of
the University of Fortaleza in order to mediate
conflicts that were observed during the semester
2017.1. It is an experience report that used
as method the Arch of Maguerez. Data were
collected at the University of Fortaleza from
June 6 to 14, 2017. The sample was composed
of 6 students of the Physical Education course,
being between the 2nd and the 7th semester
of their education and enrolled in the module
methodology of the volleyball. The results
indicated that 100% had some involvement
with Bullying situations, being 50% authors and
16.7% victims, demonstrating how the students
are not aware of the seriousness of the subject
and its consequences, as well as the importance
of the intervention of the University in the fight
against Bullying.
