INTERSECÇÕES ENTRE GÊNERO, SEXUALIDADE E RAÇA NAS TRAJETÓRIAS DE FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE E AS INFLUÊNCIAS NA PRÁTICA PEDAGÓGICA
O trabalho Intersecções entre
Gênero, Sexualidade e Raça nas Trajetórias
de Formação das Professoras e as Influências
na prática Pedagógica tem como objetivos
apresentar e analisar as trajetórias de formação
de três professoras da rede pública de ensino
da Região Metropolitana de Belém/PA,
considerando as intersecções entre gênero,
sexualidade e raça e as influências no trabalho
pedagógico que desenvolvem. As professoras
participaram da primeira edição do curso GDE
no ano de 2009, ofertado pela UFPA e foram
entrevistadas no período de abril a julho de
2015. Os relatos apontam que as vivências de
exclusão experimentadas pelas mesmas ao
longo de sua formação, foram fundamentais
para que pudessem construir práticas mais
inclusivas no que se refere às diferenças.

Abstract:
The intersections work between
gender, sexuality and race in the trajectories
of teacher education and influences in
pedagogical practice aims to present and
analyze the trajectories of training of three
teachers of the public education network of
Metropolitan Region of Belém/PA, considering
the intersections between gender, sexuality and
race and the influences in the pedagogical work
they develop. The teachers participated in the
first edition of the Gde Course in the year 2009,
offered by the UFPA and were interviewed from
April to July 2015. The reports indicate that the
experiences of exclusion experienced by them
throughout their training were fundamental
so that they could construct more inclusive
practices in relation to differences.
