INTERPROFESSIONAL WORK IN THE MIDST OF COVID-19: A THEORETICAL REFLECTION
Considerando as dificuldades no contexto social atual e as necessidades emergentes do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), o trabalho interprofissional tem grande potencial para dar sustentação a ações integrais e mais resolutivas em meio à pandemia da COVID-19. Trata-se de uma reflexão teórica fundamentada em uma pesquisa bibliográfica dos últimos três anos. O manuscrito evidencia a importância do trabalho em equipe interprofissional e suas características como a comunicação, objetivos comuns, reconhecimento do trabalho dos demais componentes da equipe, interdependência das ações, colaboração e atenção centrada no usuário. Por fim, é indispensável que haja um aumento nas investigações e pesquisas sobre trabalho interprofissional no âmbito do SUS, pois o trabalho em equipe constitui uma das formas de trabalho interprofissional com práticas colaborativas, e essa colaboração pode-se dar na equipe, no trabalho em rede com indivíduos, famílias e comunidade.

Abstract:
Considering the difficulties in the current social context and the emerging needs of the Unified Health System (SUS), interprofessional work has great potential to support comprehensive and more resolute actions in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is a theoretical reflection based on a bibliographic research of the last three years. The manuscript highlights the importance of interprofessional teamwork and its characteristics such as communication, common goals, recognition of the work of the other team members, interdependence of actions, collaboration and attention centered on the user. Finally, it is essential that there is an increase in investigations and research on interprofessional work within the scope of SUS, since teamwork is one of the forms of interprofessional work with collaborative practices, and this collaboration can take place in the team, in work in network with individuals, families and community.
