O presente artigo tem como objetivo compreender a interlocução entre a Psicologia e o Direito no atendimento de mulheres vítimas de violência realizadas no Núcleo de Defesa da Mulher Vítima de Violência (NUDEM). Para tanto será utilizada como metodologia revisão bibliográfica articulada à prática de estágio no atendimento das mulheres atentando-se para as particularidades da condução e discussão de casos no âmbito jurídico. Compreende-se que o exercício dos psicólogos judiciais está pautado em desenvolver trabalhos de intervenção, tais como apoio, mediação de conflitos, aconselhamento, orientação, encaminhamento e prevenção, próprios aos seus contextos de trabalho. Através dessa prática foi possível perceber que a psicologia jurídica tem sua importância nesse campo, pois, a violência doméstica contra a mulher é vista como um problema de saúde pública conforme a Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS). Os casos de violência podem afetar a integridade física e emocional da vítima. Assim, reconhece-se que as consequências da violência doméstica são delicadas podendo causar vários danos emocionais, como influências na vida sexual da vítima, baixo autoestima e dificuldade em criar laços.

Abstract:
The present article has the objective of understand the interlocution between Psychology and Law in the attendance of women who are victims of violence performed at the Nucleus for the Defense of Women Victims of Violence (NUDEM). For this, it will be used as a methodology bibliographic review articulated to the practice of internship on the attendance of the women paying attention to the particularities of the conduction and discussion of the cases in the legal sphere. It is understood that the practice of juridicial psychologists is based on developing intervention work, such as support, conflict mediation, counseling, guidance, referral and prevention, specific to their work contexts. Through this practice it was possible to perceive that juridicial psychology has its importance in this field, because domestic violence against women is seen as a public health problem according to the World Health Organization (WHO). Cases of violence can affect the physical and emotional integrity of the victim. Thus, it is recognized that the consequences of domestic violence are delicate and can cause various emotional damage, such as influences on the sex life of the victim, low self-esteem and difficulty in creating bonds
