INTERDISCIPLINARIDADE ENTRE ENGENHARIA, TECNOLOGIA E BIOENERGIA: A ELABORAÇÃO DE MATERIAL DIDÁTICO PARA UM CURSO DE FORMAÇÃO EM EAD
A participação de meninas e mulheres nas áreas das engenharias e tecnologia é, de conhecimento de todos, pouca expressiva se comparado com a participação do sexo oposto, ocasionado por isso devido a diversos fatores, como histórico e cultural. Com o propósito de aumentar o interesse de meninas e jovens nessa área, o grupo Bio&Energia da Universidade Federal do Pampa, com o apoio do Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPq), estruturou um curso EaD para meninas no ensino Fundamental e Médio, com o objetivo de incentivá-las a se interessarem nessas áreas de pouca participação. Com isso, o presente trabalho possui o objetivo de descrever as etapas que foram necessárias para o desenvolvimento do material educacional desenvolvido exclusivamente para este curso, além de descrever as ferramentas digitais utilizadas, que proporcionaram uma estruturação mais atrativa para o público-alvo. O curso, como resultado, obteve ótimos resultados perante as alunas, que conseguiram desenvolver o que estava sendo abordado, além de feedbacks positivos sobre o interesse nas áreas de engenharias e tecnologias. Além disso, visto que a realização do curso ocorreu durante o período de isolamento social, apurou-se através de tarefas propostas, que a proposta de realização de atividades utilizando ferramentas digitais sugeridas, aproximou as participantes, levando-as ao debate conjunto.

Abstract:
The participation of girls and women in the areas of engineering and technology is, as everyone knows, not very expressive compared to the participation of the opposite sex, due to several factors. With the aim of increasing the interest of girls and young people in this area, the Bio&Energia group of the Federal University of Pampa, with the support of the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), structured a remote/ead course for girls in elementary school and medium, with the objective of encouraging them in these areas of low participation. With this, the present work had the objective of describing the necessary steps for the development of the educational material developed exclusively for this course, in addition to describing the digital tools used, which provided a more attractive structuring for the target audience. The course, as a result, had excellent results for the students, who were able to develop what was being addressed, in addition to positive feedback on the interest in the areas of engineering and technologies. In addition, since the course took place during the period of social isolation, it was found through proposed tasks, that the proposal to carry out activities using suggested digital tools, brought the participants together, leading them to the joint debate.
