Abstract: This work aims to socialize the educational experiences promoted at the Universidade Federal do Recôncavo da Bahia, UFRB, based on a critical intercultural and interdisciplinary project and curriculum dimensions that contemplate the discussion on racial and social inequalities, affirmative actions and ethnic-racial relations. The theoretical basis was constructed by academic productions of professors from the institution and authors who dialogue with the themes, such as SANTOS (2007) and TORRES, (2006). The methodology is centered on the documentary analysis of two theses by UFRB professors and readings of authors in the areas of interculturality, curriculum, affirmative actions and education. The results show that UFRB in its 20 years of foundation has nurtured new ideas for the construction of political-pedagogical practices that contemplate an emancipatory education, with diverse access, pluricultural, pluriethnic and democratic, defended in the history of its foundation and territoriality. It also sought to outline the valuation of post-critical studies presented in the writings selected to prove the teaching practice at UFRB based on its political, historical, cultural, racial and social commitments.
