INTERATIVIDADE E TUTORIA NA PRÁTICA PEDAGÓGICA DO ENSINO A DISTÂNCIA
A formação do cidadão atual é
possibilitada por novas oportunidades com o
advento da educação a distância (EAD), que de
uma forma abrangente facilita a vida de milhares
de pessoas. O modelo vem quebrando paradigmas
e abrindo novas fronteiras e possibilidades,
incentivando a interatividade que é essencial na
vida do educador atual, estimulando o aluno a criar
junto com os colegas, tutores e professores o seu
conhecimento. Esta interação está transformando
radicalmente os caminhos, os hábitos e até
mesmo o modo de ser e a educação deve ser o
agente de mudança transformadora e para isso
os educadores precisam estar preparados para
este novo contexto. Este momento exige posturas
diferenciadas, preparação própria, objetiva e
habilidades distintas no EAD e em particular do
tutor, como a empatia, participação efetiva para
a identificação e diagnóstico do perfil dos alunos,
percepção “das suas tribos, gostos e afinidades,”
que com certeza servirão de direcionadores para o
estímulo educacional, que resulta da capacidade
de se colocar no lugar do outro, propiciando uma
sintonia afetiva e a capacidade de comunicação,
expressa na conduta atenta e respeitosa, que
são elementos vitais no exercício da tutoria. Esta
investigação desenvolve alguns questionamentos
que irão fornecer subsídios para o entendimento
da formação discente com apoio das práticas da
tutoria, sobre a importância dos atores e o seu
reflexo no cotidiano do aluno a partir de reflexões
e vivencias do autor no EAD.

Abstract:
The formation of the current citizen
is made possible by new opportunities with
the advent of distance education (EAD), which
in a comprehensive way facilitates the lives
of thousands of people. The model has been
breaking paradigms and opening new frontiers
and possibilities, encouraging the interactivity
that is essential in the life of the current educator,
stimulating the student to create with his
colleagues, tutors and teachers his knowledge.
This interaction is radically transforming the ways,
habits and even the way of being and education
must be the agent of transforming change and
for this educators must be prepared for this new
context. This moment demands differentiated
postures, self-preparedness, objective and
different abilities in the EAD and in particular of
the tutor, such as empathy, effective participation
in the identification and diagnosis of the students
profile, perception of their tribes, tastes and affinities, certainty will serve as drivers for
the educational stimulus that results from the ability to put oneself in the other’s place,
fostering an affective attunement and the ability to communicate, expressed in the attentive
and respectful behavior, which are vital elements in the practice of tutoring. This research
develops some questions that will provide support for the understanding of the student
formation with the support of the tutoring practices, about the importance of the actors and
their reflection in the daily life of the student, based on reflections and experiences of the
author in the EAD.
