INTER-RELAÇÃO ENTRE A EQUIPE DE ENFERMAGEM NO ÂMBITO DE URGÊNCIA E EMERGÊNCIA E A SÍNDROME DE BURNOUT
A Síndrome de Burnout pode provocar várias alterações físicas e psicológicas em profissionais sobrecarregados no ambiente de trabalho. Trata-se de um estudo do tipo revisão integrativa, cujo objetivo foi analisar a relação entre a sobrecarga de trabalho da equipe de enfermagem no setor de urgência e emergência e a ocorrência de Síndrome de Burnout. O estudo em questão parte para o seguinte questionamento: De que maneira a Síndrome de Burnout interfere na vida pessoal e rotina da equipe de enfermagem do setor de urgência e emergência? Este estudo torna-se importante pois poderá contribuir com fatores sobre os elementos que causam a Síndrome de Burnout e como ela pode acometer a equipe de enfermagem. O estudo torna-se relevante pois poderá trazer benefícios diante do conhecimento sobre a síndrome citada, sendo, decerta forma uma maneira de prevenção já que apresentará suas causas e sintomas, podendo ser o despertador para possíveis diagnósticos, além de fornecer para a equipe de enfermagem algumas ideias para implementação de estratégias que auxiliem na diminuição desses diagnósticos dentro da unidade de saúde e principalmente dentro da equipe de enfermagem.

Abstract:
Burnout Syndrome can cause several physical and psychological changes in overworked professionals in the work environment. This is an integrative review study, whose objective was to analyze the relationship between the workload of the nursing staff in the urgency and emergency sector and the occurrence of Burnout Syndrome. The study in question starts with the following question: How does Burnout Syndrome interfere in the personal and routine life of the nursing staff in the urgency and emergency sector? This study is important because it can contribute to factors on the elements that cause Burnout Syndrome and how it can affect the nursing team. The study is relevant because it can bring benefits in view of the knowledge about the aforementioned syndrome, and is, in a way, a way of prevention as it will present its causes and symptoms, and can be the wake-up call for possible diagnoses, in addition to providing for the nursing team some ideas for implementing strategies that help to reduce these diagnoses within the health unit and especially within the nursing team.
