A Inteligência Artificial evoluiu muito nos últimos anos. Seu campo de atuação tem se alargado cada vez mais, e seu uso como fonte de pesquisa se expandiu de uma forma nunca vista antes. No campo da Teologia, o uso da Inteligência Artificial vem ganhando espaço cada vez maior como ferramenta de pesquisa e para tentar compreender algumas teorias ainda obscuras para a mente humana. O presente estudo visa avaliar o uso da Inteligência Artificial no ministério pastoral, considerando seus efeitos positivos e negativos, assim como seu uso nesse ministério, como método de pesquisa e seus efeitos no aconselhamento e tratamento mais humanizado por membros da congregação evangélica. Neste contexto, exploraremos como a IA pode influenciar a Teologia, destacando suas contribuições positivas, bem como a ampliação do conhecimento e capacidade analítica, ao lado de suas possíveis implicações negativas, tais como as questões éticas e os desafios para a compreensão teológica tradicional, podendo, inclusive, ser considerada como uma ameaça ao cristianismo.

  • Abstract: Artificial Intelligence has evolved a lot in recent years. Its field of activity has increasingly expanded, and its use as a research source has expanded in a way never seen before. In the field of Theology, the use of Artificial Intelligence has been gaining increasing space as a research tool and to try to understand some theories that are still obscure to the human mind. The present study aims to evaluate the use of Artificial Intelligence in pastoral ministry, considering its positive and negative effects, as well as its use in this ministry, as a research method and its effects on more humanized counseling and treatment for members of the evangelical congregation. In this context, we will explore how AI can influence Theology, highlighting its positive contributions, as well as the expansion of knowledge and analytical capacity, alongside its possible negative implications, such as ethical issues and challenges for traditional theological understanding, which can it can even be considered a threat to Christianity.
