INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL E O DIREITO: IMPLICAÇÕES ÉTICAS SOBRE A SUA APLICABILIDADE E SEUS REFLEXOS NA SOCIEDADE
Este trabalho tem por objetivo analisar o impacto da inteligência artificial no âmbito do Poder Judiciário. A presença cada vez mais marcante da tecnologia, bem como a utilização de recursos sofisticados resolvem, a princípio, a problemática da morosidade processual, atendendo ao princípio da eficiência como critério de justiça. Por outro lado, pouco se discute se os modelos utilizados podem ser prejudiciais sob uma perspectiva ética ante a possibilidade de construção de decisões prontas. Diante desta discussão, o trabalho fundamentou-se no método hipotético-dedutivo, baseado na revisão bibliográfica de obras, artigos, notícias e legislação aplicável ao caso.

Abstract:
This work aims to analyze the impact of the artificial intelligence within the scope of the Judiciary. An increasingly strong presence of technology, as well as the use of sophisticated resources resolved, a principle, the problem of procedural delay, and the understanding of the principle of economics as a criterion of justice. On the other hand, there is still a little debate about whether the models used can be harmful from an ethical perspective before the possibility of building ready decisions. In view of this discussion, this work was based on the hypothetical-deductive method, reasoned on the bibliographic review of books, articles, news and legislation applicable to the case.
