INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL E A VIRADA TECNOLÓGICA DO DIREITO PROCESSUAL CIVIL BRASILEIRO
A evolução é um caminho natural e pelo qual nada escapa. No atual cenário, estamos vivendo a era das inovações tecnológicas disruptivas, transformando nosso dia a dia cada vez mais digital. Evidentemente que a ciência do Direito também está sendo impactada fortemente por esse desenvolvimento tecnológico disruptivo. Há vinte anos seria devaneio pensar em processo integralmente eletrônico, audiência por videoconferência, protocolo de qualquer parte do mundo até às 23:59, e por conta disso, um Fórum aberto durante 24 horas por dia, em todos os dias. Não é de se espantar que num futuro próximo tenhamos Fóruns virtuais. Para analisar a ruptura de paradigma com a chegada da Inteligência Artificial no Direito Processual Civil, o presente estudo, a partir do método bibliográfico e consulta jurisprudencial, aborda a relação do processo civil com a tecnologia, especificamente o impacto da inteligência artificial na jurisdição.

Abstract:
Evolution is a natural path and by which nothing escapes. In the current scenario, we are living in the era of disruptive technological innovations, transforming our daily lives increasingly digital. Evidently, the science of law is also being strongly impacted by this disruptive technological development. Twenty years ago it would have been a dream to think of an entirely electronic process, hearing by videoconference, protocol from anywhere in the world until 11:59 pm, and because of that, a Forum open 24 hours a day, every day. It is not surprising that in the near future we will have virtual Forums. To analyze the paradigm shift with the arrival of Artificial Intelligence in Civil Procedural Law, the present study, based on the bibliographic method and jurisprudential consultation, addresses the relationship between civil procedure and technology, specifically the impact of artificial intelligence in jurisdiction.
