INTEGRAÇÃO ENTRE O ENSINO DA ESCOLA REGULAR E ESCOLA HOSPITALAR DE CRIANÇAS EM TRATAMENTO DE HEMODIÁLISE
O estudo teve como objetivo analisar o processo de integração entre a escola regular e a escola hospitalar no contexto do ensino e aprendizagem de educandos em tratamento de Hemodiálise do Centro de Terapia Renal Substitutiva Pediátrica da Fundação Santa Casa de Misericórdia do Pará. A pesquisa foi um estudo de caso com abordagem qualitativa e foi realizada na escola hospitalar de uma maternidade que é referência no estado do Pará e em duas escolas regulares de ensino público da região Metropolitana de Belém/PA. Os procedimentos para coleta de dados foram obtidos através da realização de entrevistas semiestruturadas. Participaram do estudo quatro professoras que fazem o acompanhamento pedagógico educacional com os educandos em tratamento de hemodiálise, sendo duas professoras da Secretaria de Estado de Educação inseridas na Escola Hospitalar e duas professoras das escolas regulares onde os educandos estão matriculados. Os dados foram analisados por meio da técnica de análise de conteúdo. Os resultados apontam que as ações de escolarização desenvolvidas pelas professoras contribuem para o processo de ensino e aprendizagem dos educandos em tratamento de hemodiálise, pois, as duas escolas desenvolvem o planejamento de ensino com base nos componentes curriculares de acordo com o nível escolar de cada aluno, entretanto, vimos que o desenvolvimento de todos esses trabalhos acontecem de forma particular, haja vista que o estudo apontou que a integração escolar, de fato, não acontece. Portanto, é importante o fortalecimento da integração escolar, a fim de que ela possa estar inserida entre os profissionais responsáveis pela mediação direta desse processo, de forma que os educandos tenham acesso às práticas educativas de forma adaptável às suas condições de saúde, por meio de um currículo flexível, que garanta e estimule a continuidade dos seus estudos, para que não ocorra a reprovação e nem a evasão escolar.

Abstract:
The study aimed to analyze the integration process between the regular school and the hospital school in the context of teaching and learning of students undergoing hemodialysis at the Pediatric Renal Replacement Therapy Center of the Santa Casa de Misericordia Foundation of Pará. The research was a case study with a qualitative approach and was carried out in the hospital school of a maternity hospital that is a reference in the state of Pará and in two regular schools of public education in the metropolitan region of Belém / PA. The procedures for data collection were obtained by conducting semi-structured interviews. Four teachers participated in the study, who carry out educational pedagogical follow-up with students undergoing hemodialysis treatment, two teachers from the Etate Department of Education working at Escola Hospitalar and two teachers from regular schools where students are enrolled. The data were analyzed using the content analysis technique. The results show that the schooling actions developed by the teachers contribute to the teaching and learning process of students undergoing hemodialysis treatment, as both schools develop the teaching plan based on the curricular components according to the school level of each student However, we saw that the development of all these works happens in a particular way, given that the study pointed out that school integration, in fact, does not happen. Therefore, it is important to strengthen school integration, so that it can be inserted among the professionals responsible for direct mediation of this process, so that students have access to educational practices in a way that is adaptable to their health conditions, through a flexible curriculum that guarantees and encourages the continuity of your studies, so that there is no failure or dropping out of school.
