Abstract: This study will investigate the effective integration of project management with the principles and regulations of environmental law, aiming for the successful implementation of sustainable initiatives. The research will explore the challenges faced by organizations in managing projects involving environmental issues and examine opportunities to align project management practices with legal requirements and environmental best practices. Case studies and project examples will be analyzed that demonstrate both the obstacles and successful strategies for the effective integration of project management and environmental law. The results will provide valuable insights for project management and legal professionals interested in promoting sustainability through business initiatives.
