INTEGRAÇÃO DAS TECNOLOGIAS E MÍDIAS DIGITAIS NA EDUCAÇÃO: A FORMAÇÃO CONTINUADA DE PEDAGOGOS À LUZ DO PENSAMENTO COMPLEXO.
O presente artigo tem por finalidade
apresentar um relato de experiência de uma
formação continuada para a integração das
tecnologias e mídias digitais nas práticas
escolares, à luz do Pensamento Complexo.
Esta ação ocorreu nos meses de agosto e
setembro de 2015 e foi proposta pela então,
Gerência de Tecnologias Educacionais da
Secretaria Municipal da Educação de Curitiba
em parceira com a Universidade Federal
do Paraná. O público participante foram as
pedagogas atuantes nas regionais da educação
de Curitiba, responsáveis em articular as ações
pedagógicas das escolas municipais da Rede
Municipal de Ensino deste município. O objetivo
desta formação foi promover a reflexão e o
debate acerca da integração das tecnologias
e mídias digitais nas práticas escolares de
maneira articulada com os pressupostos
teóricos do sociólogo francês Edgar Morin.
As temáticas discutidas foram: Cibercultura;
Estratégias de integração das tecnologias
e mídias digitais; Formação Continuada;
Infraestrutura; Orientações pedagógicas; Perfil
do novo professor e Tecnologia na Escola.
Essas temáticas foram compreendidas como
“fios” de uma tapeçaria que influenciam
organizacionalmente e recursivamente nas
ações pedagógicas para a integração das
tecnologias e mídias digitais nas práticas
escolares. As pedagogas também perceberam
conceitualmente a escola como um sistema
complexo e dinâmico.

Abstract:
The purpose of this article is
to present an account of the experience of
continuing education for the integration of digital
technologies and media in school practices in

the light of Complex Thought. This action occurred in August and September 2015
and was proposed by the then Educational Technology Management of the Municipal
Education Department of Curitiba in partnership with the Federal University of Paraná.
The participating public were pedagogues active in the regional education of Curitiba,
responsible for articulating the pedagogical actions of the municipal schools of the
Municipal Teaching Network of this municipality. The objective of this training was to
promote reflection and debate about the integration of digital technologies and media
in school practices in a manner that is in line with the theoretical assumptions of French
sociologist Edgar Morin. The themes discussed were: Cyberculture; Strategies for the
integration of digital technologies and media; Continuing Education; Infrastructure;
Pedagogical guidelines; Profile of the new teacher and Technology at School. These
themes were understood as “threads” of a tapestry that influence organizational and
recursive pedagogical actions for the integration of digital technologies and media in
school practices. The pedagogues also conceptually perceived the school as a complex
and dynamic system.
