Abstract: This article systematizes educational experiences with the Inovanaça project, developed in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation course with high school students in Uberlândia/MG, as well as the initial research conducted in the Professional Master's Program in Technologies, Communication, and Education at the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU). The central question focused on how to prepare students to understand everyday problems; find concrete solutions across different themes, exercising creativity and innovative business management in a sensitive, sustainable, and humane manner. Our goal is to enable them to face social challenges; develop sensitivities, ideas, skills, and entrepreneurship and innovation techniques aimed at transforming ideas into business projects that impact a given community. To this end, we use active methodologies and Design Thinking. The discussions emphasize the importance of training conscious and proactive citizens, intertwined with the development of sensitivity, creativity, and critical thinking.
