INOVAÇÕES OU PERMANÊNCIAS ? O USO DA CONSTELAÇÃO FAMILIAR SISTÊMICA APLICADA COMO INSTRUMENTO DE RESOLUÇÃO ALTERNATIVA DE CONFLITOS
O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar o uso da técnica da Constelação
Familiar sistêmica dentro das formas de resolução de conflitos, mais especificamente
dentro da mediação. Busca pensar à luz de pensadoras feministas acerca da problemática
de se empregar teorias que utilizam uma abordagem individual em uma questão que é
estrutural como nos casos de violência doméstica. Alerta-se sobre a importância de se
considerar a trajetória de lutas das mulheres para a implementação de leis específicas
como a Lei 11.340/06- lei Maria da Penha que deve ser usada como aparato na
utilização de técnicas de tratem do tema de violência contra mulheres.

Abstract:
This paper aims to analyze the use of the technique of Family sitemic
Constellation within the forms of conflict resolution, more specifically within
mediation. It seeks to reflect in the light of feminist thinkers on the issue of employing
theories that use as individual approach in na isse that is structural as in cases of
domestic violence. The importance of considering the trajectory of womens struggles
for the implementation of laws such as Law 11.340/06- Maria da Penha law, Which
shold be used as na apparatus in the use of techniques to deal which shold be used as na

alerted. -
