INOVAÇÕES E AVANÇOS DO DIREITO: TÓPICOS AVANÇADOS, ATUAIS E EMERGENTES.
Trata-se de um ensaio científico realizado por meio de uma pesquisa básica e bibliográfica a respeito do avanço dos ramos do direito que se transformam com a evolução da sociedade. O tema é Inovações e avanços do direito: tópicos avançados, atuais e emergentes. Será feita uma delimitação para abordar assuntos que trazem uma interdisciplinaridade entre alguns ramos do direito, quais sejam, Direito Penal, Direito Civil e Direito Eletrônico. O ensaio tem a intenção de responder à problemática: A evolução da sociedade causa insegurança jurídica com a edição de novas normas? Ademais, o objetivo geral é proporcionar ao leitor atualização a respeito de novas leis que surgem com a evolução da sociedade. Atendendo aos objetivos específicos que são: relacionar interdisciplinarmente os ramos de Direito Penal, Direito Civil e Direito Eletrônico; abordar os crimes de Importunação Sexual e Revenge Porn; explicar as consequências jurídicas da Síndrome do Bebê Sacudido e avaliar as implicações causadas pela contravenção penal conhecida como Stalking.

Abstract:
This is a scientific essay carried out through basic and bibliographic research on the advancement of the branches of law that change with the evolution of society. The theme is Innovations and advances in law: advanced, current and emerging topics. A delimitation will be made to address issues that bring interdisciplinarity between some branches of law, namely, Criminal Law, Civil Law and Electronic Law. The essay intends to answer the problem: Does the evolution of society cause legal uncertainty with the issue of new rules? Furthermore, the general objective is to provide the reader with an update on new laws that arise with the evolution of society. Given the specific objectives that are: interdisciplinarly relate the branches of Criminal Law, Civil Law and Electronic Law; address the crimes of sexual harassment and porn revenge; explain the legal consequences of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Assess the implications caused by the criminal misdemeanor known as Stalking.
