Abstract: This study aims to describe the implications of using ICTs as an instrument to enhance managerial innovation actions and add value to the organization in digital business. A descriptive bibliographical research was carried out, based on the analysis of articles published in journals and annals of events related to the area of ICT innovation. Six articles were evaluated, published with a cross-section of the last ten years. After meticulous reading and tabulation of the data extracted from the articles, the predominance of qualitative, exploratory-descriptive research is perceived, with the use of semi-structured interviews, case studies and document analysis. It is concluded that the objectives of each research are aligned with the discussion of how the use of ICTs create possibilities for development in business, always seeking innovation as a tool and strategy to manage processes.
