Abstract: Significant advancements have been made in the management of spinal injuries in pre-hospital settings. This study delves into emerging practices, innovative technologies, and challenges encountered in the pre-hospital care of patients with suspected spinal injuries. Through an extensive literature review, we identified trends in immobilization techniques, the efficacy of telemedicine use, and the importance of continuous training for emergency responders. The findings suggest improvements in immobilization procedures and overall patient management but also highlight the need for ongoing research and the development of evidence-based guidelines to optimize patient outcomes.
