INICIATIVAS ACERCA DO PROGRAMA NACIONAL DE SEGURANÇA DO PACIENTE NO TERRITÓRIO DO CONTESTADO
Receber assistência à saúde é um
direito de todos e dever do Estado. Por isso os
serviços de saúde devem oferecer uma atenção
que seja efetiva, eficiente e segura em todo
o processo. O profissional da área da saúde
não possui o intuito de causar qualquer mal
ao paciente tendo em conta que seu objetivo
principal é cuidar, porém, ainda há ocorrência
de danos ao paciente comprometendo a sua
saúde. Diante disso, o Programa Nacional de
Segurança do Paciente se torna ferramenta
indispensável para incentivar o desenvolvimento
de medidas preventivas. O presente estudo
aborda a realidade do estado de Santa Catarina
bem como do Território do Contestado. Com
isso ressalta ações para melhoria do cuidado
em e relaciona suas práticas à efetivação do
acesso à saúde.

Abstract:
Receiving health care is a right of
everyone and the duty of the state. That is why
health services must offer care that is effective,
efficient and safe throughout the process. The
health professional does not intend to cause
any harm to the patient considering that his
main objective is to take care of, however,
there is still occurrence of damages to the
patient compromising his health. In view of
this, the National Patient Safety Program
becomes an indispensable tool to encourage
the development of preventive measures. The
present study approaches the reality of the state
of Santa Catarina as well as the Territory of the
Contestado. With this, it highlights actions to
improve care in and relates their practices to the
effective access to health.
