INICIAÇÃO ESPORTIVA UNIVERSAL: UMA APLICAÇÃO PRÁTICA NO ENSINO DO FUTSAL
O trabalho objetiva descrever a experiência obtida na modalidade de futsal do Projeto de Extensão “Escola de Esportes: Centro de Iniciação e Pedagogia do Esporte” através da aplicação da metodologia de trabalho de Iniciação Esportiva Universal (IEU) elaborada por Greco e Benda (1998). A pesquisa contribui com a avaliação do trabalho desenvolvido por professores e acadêmicos do curso que atuam na área de iniciação esportiva. Foi utilizado o relato de experiência para atingir a análise referente à avaliação. Nesse aspecto, os pontos positivos atingidos foram a melhora motora e técnica dos alunos do Projeto na modalidade de futsal bem como a importância de se trabalhar com um norte metodológico tal qual se coloca a metodologia da IEU. Como pontos negativos foi apontada a necessidade de um maior planejamento das atividades, assim como o aprofundamento teórico sobre a metodologia. Abstract:
This study aims to describe the experience obtained in the futsal modality of the Extension Project "Sports School: Center of Initiation and Pedagogy of Sports" through the application of the work methodology of Universal Sports Initiation (UIS) elaborated by Greco and Benda (1998). The research contributes to the evaluation of the work developed by teachers and academics of the course who work around sports initiation. The experience report was used to reach the analysis regarding the evaluation. In this aspect, the positive points reached were the motor and technical improvement of the students of the Project in the futsal modality as well as the importance of working with a methodological north such as the UIS methodology. As negative points were pointed out the need for more planning of activities, as well as the theoretical deepening on the methodology. This aspect, if transformed, can contribute to more effective results in the future.
