INFLUÊNCIAS NA INTERRUPÇÃO PRECOCE DO ALEITAMENTO MATERNO EXCLUSIVO
Trata-se de um estudo cujo o objetivo foi descrever o tipo de influências sobre a mulher para a interrupção precoce do aleitamento materno exclusivo. A interrupção do aleitamento materno é caracterizado quando a mãe faz a interrupção do aleitamento materno e a implantação de alimentos sólidos e líquidos antes do lactente completar seis meses de vida. O estudo teve como metodologia a pesquisa de revisão bibliográfica integrativa e como coleta de dados utilizou-se 34 artigos na língua portuguesa que estão disponíveis na biblioteca virtual de saúde (BVS) e que foram publicados nos ultimos 5 anos. A discussão produziu 18 categorias que evidenciaram a importancia do trabalho educativo da enfermagem por ocasião do pré-natal, parto e puerpério. O enfermeiro como o profissional mais próximo a mulher durante a gestação poderá se posicionar em defesa do aleitamento materno a fim de minimizar os riscos e fatores externos que por ventura impeçam a mulher de realizar o aleitamento materno exclusivo. Sendo assim, o enfermeiro tem um papel cruscial no sucesso do aleitamento materno já que o mesmo está presente desde o pré-natal, puerpério até as consultas de acompanhamento. Além disso cabe a ele a responsabilidade de incentivar, promover e apoiar a manutenção do aleitamento materno.

Abstract:
This is a study in which the objective was to describe the type of influences on women who have early interruption of exclusive breastfeeding, based on a literature review. Breastfeeding early interruption is characterized when the mother stops breastfeeding and introduces solid and liquid foods before the infant is six months old. The study had as methodology an integrative literature review research and used for data collection 34 articles in Portuguese language that are available in the virtual health library (BVS) that were published in the last 5 years. The discussion produced 18 categories that highlighted the importance of the educational work of nursing during prenatal, childbirth, and puerperium care. The nurse, as the professional who is closest to the woman during pregnancy, can take a stand in defense of breastfeeding in order to minimize the risks and external factors that may prevent women from exclusively breastfeeding. Therefore, the nurse has a crucial paper in the success of breastfeeding, since it is someone that will be present at prenatal, puerperium and even follow-up appointments. Moreover, there is the responsability to encourage, promote and support the maintenance of breastfeeding.
