INFLUÊNCIA DO PROTOCOLO PEDIASUIT E THERASUIT EM CRIANÇAS COM PARALISIA CEREBRAL
A Paralisia Cerebral (PC) consiste em um conjunto de desordens neurológicas motoras e cognitivas que se manifestam de forma crônica não progressiva. Por meio da Terapia Neuromotora Intensiva (TNMI) associada aos protocolos de Pediasuit e Therasuit, a fisioterapia tem trabalhado o fortalecimento, alongamento e modulação do tônus muscular objetivando ganhos motores. Realizar um levantamento na literatura voltado a TNMI utilizando os protocolos de Pediasuit e Therasuit, bem como demonstrar os principais instrumentos de avaliação e a influência dos protocolos na reabilitação do quadro neuromotor de crianças acometidas pela paralisia cerebral. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura dentro dos últimos 18 anos, no qual, o levantamento bibliográfico foi realizado dentro das bases de dados: Medline, Bireme, Lilacs, Google Acadêmico e Scielo. A terapia neuromotora intensiva associada aos protocolos de Pediasuit e Therasuit mostrou-se eficaz na reabilitação neuromotora de crianças com paralisia cerebral.

Abstract:
Cerebral Palsy (CP) consists of a set of motor and cognitive neurological disorders that manifest themselves in a chronic non-progressive way. Through Intensive Neuromotor Therapy (IMT) associated with pediasui and therasuid protocols, physiotherapy has worked on strengthening, stretching and modulating muscle tone aiming motor gains. To conduct a survey in the literature aimed at TNMI using the protocols of Pediasuit and Therasuit, as well as demonstrate the main assessment tools and the influence of the protocols on the rehabilitation of the neuromotor condition of children affected by cerebral palsy. This is an integrative literature review within the last 18 years, in which the bibliographic survey was conducted within the databases: Medline, Bireme, Lilacs, Google Scholar and Scielo. Intensive neuromotor therapy associated with Pediasuit and Therasuit protocols has been shown to be effective in neuromotor rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.
