INFLUÊNCIA DO ENFERMEIRO NO CONHECIMENTO DAS GESTANTES DE ALTO RISCO SOBRE SEU ESTADO DE SAÚDE NO PROCESSO DE HOSPITALIZAÇÃO
A gestação é um fenômeno fisiológico que faz parte de uma experiência de vida saudável. Entretanto, algumas doenças ou agravos podem levar a uma gestação de alto risco que levam a gestante a precisar de hospitalização em algum momento, necessitando, assim, de informações sobre as alterações dessa condição e, cabe aos enfermeiros informa-las sobre o seu estado de saúde, promovendo a qualidade de saúde no processo de hospitalização. Com isso, o objetivo do estudo foi descrever a importância do enfermeiro no conhecimento das gestantes sobre seu estado de saúde durante a internação hospitalar. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura realizada a partir das bases de dados Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde, Literatura Latino-americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde e Scientific Electronic Library Online. Para tanto, foram selecionados os Descritores: gestante, conhecimento, gestação de alto risco, hospitalização e enfermeiro. Os critérios de inclusão foram artigos completos, publicados nos últimos 05 anos, em português. Excluíram-se os repetidos e inconclusivos. Resultou-se num total de 5.858 estudos, que após os critérios de inclusão e exclusão restaram 97. Todos passaram por uma análise de título e na íntegra, sendo 10 incluídos nesta pesquisa. Considera-se que é notável a importância do enfermeiro em contribuir para o conhecimento das gestantes nesse processo. O enfermeiro deve contribuir para a promoção da saúde da gestante e do bebê, por meio de informações sobre a gestação, mudanças de hábito, esclarecimento de dúvidas, riscos de complicações e apoio emocional necessário.

Abstract:
Pregnancy is a physiological phenomenon that is part of a healthy life experience. However, some diseases or injuries can lead to a high-risk pregnancy that leads pregnant women to need hospitalization at some point, thus requiring information about the changes in this condition and it is up to nurses to inform them about their health status, promoting the quality of health in the hospitalization process. Therefore, the aim of this study was to describe the importance of nurses in the knowledge of pregnant women about their health status during hospitalization. This is an integrative literature review based on the Virtual Health Library, Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences and Scientific Electronic Library Online databases. For this, the following describers were selected: pregnant woman, knowledge, high-risk pregnancy, hospitalization and nurse. The inclusion criteria were complete articles, published in the last 05 years, in Portuguese. Repeated and inconclusive ones were excluded. A total of 5,858 studies were found, with 97 remained after the inclusion and exclusion criteria. All of them underwent a title analysis and in full, 10 of which were included in this research. It is considered remarkable the importance of nurses in contributing to the knowledge of pregnant women in this process. Nurses should contribute to the promotion of the health of pregnant women and babies, through information about pregnancy, changes in habit, clarification of doubts, risks of complications and necessary emotional support.
