Abstract: Soy is the main spring-summer crop in RS and studies that contribute to increasing its productivity and reducing production costs are important. This study aims to evaluate the influence of supplementary irrigation on the productivity and quality of seeds for four soybean cultivars, in the 2021/22 harvest, in Cachoeira do Sul-RS. The experimental design was randomized blocks with subdivided plots, in a factorial scheme (4x2), with 4 cultivars: BMX Raio, BMX Zeus, BMX Garra and NEO 2 610 and two water regimes: irrigated and non-irrigated (rainfed). The variables analyzed were: productivity (kg ha-1), mass of one thousand seeds (MMS, g); germination (%) and vigor (%) of seeds. The BMX Zeus and BMX Garra cultivars were the most productive in both water regimes with average values of 5,231.5 kg ha - 1 (irrigated) and 3,223.7 kg ha -1 (dryland). The irrigated BMX Garra and NEO 610 cultivars produced seeds with germination and vigor percentages greater than 80%, indicating their potential use as seeds. While, under rainfed production conditions, only the BMX Garra cultivar reached a germination percentage greater than 80%.
