INFLUÊNCIA DA DIABETES GESTACIONAL: RISCO PARA GESTANTE E FETO
O Diabetes Mellitus (DM) é uma doença crônica que atinge milhões de pessoas ao redor do mundo. Por esse motivo o intuito deste trabalho foi de se realizar uma revisão sobre esta patologia e seus efeitos sobre a gestante e feto além dos efeitos de um tratamento e acompanhamento adequados. Para isso foram utilizados artigos selecionados 9 artigos, datando de 2008 a 2019, através do SciELO e Google Acadêmico, utilizando seguintes termos de buscas: Diabetes Mellitus Gestacional, Diabetes na gestação e aplicando o critério temporal como filtro, dando prioridade na seleção dos mais recentes.
Concluindo-se que são muitos os fatores que interferem na alteração glicêmica da gestante e isso pode trazer sérias consequências para a saúde da mãe e filho; sendo de suma importância o diagnóstico precoce, com a intenção de que a paciente seja controlada, pois essas condutas contribuem na melhoria da saúde e diminuição dos problemas para a mãe e bebê.

Abstract:
Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease that affects millions of people around the world. For this reason, the purpose of this work was to carry out a review of this pathology and its effects on the pregnant woman and fetus, in addition to the effects of adequate treatment and follow-up. For this, 9 articles were selected, dating from 2008 to 2019, through SciELO and Academic Google, using the following search terms: Gestational Diabetes Mellitus, Diabetes in pregnancy and applying the temporal criterion as a filter, prioritizing the selection of the most recent. \In conclusion, there are many factors that interfere in the glycemic alteration of the pregnant woman and this can have serious consequences for the health of the mother and child; early diagnosis is of paramount importance, with the intention that the patient is controlled, as these behaviors contribute to improving health and reducing problems for the mother and baby.
