O objetivo do estudo foi averiguar se há uma influência da auriculoterapia sobre os distúrbios do sono. Realizou-se uma revisão integrativa da literatura dos últimos 5 anos e após uma análise do conteúdo dos artigos, foram incluídos na pesquisa 8 deles. Observou-se que o fator comum a todas as pesquisas analisadas foi o resultado positivo sob o controle e ou amenização dos distúrbios do sono. Como há poucos artigos sobre o tema proposto, verificou-se que há a necessidade de mais evidências científicas sobre a aplicabilidade da técnica.

• Abstract:

  The objective of the study was to find out if there is an influence of auriculotherapy on sleep disorders. An integrative literature review of the last 5 years was carried out and after an analysis of the articles content, 8 of them were included in the research. It was observed that the factor common to all the studies analyzed was the positive result under the control and / or mitigation of sleep disorders. As there are few articles on the proposed topic, it was found that there is a need for more scientific evidence on the applicability of the technique.
