INFECÇÕES SEXUALMENTE TRANSMISSÍVEIS NAS RELAÇÕES LESBOAFETIVAS: CONSEQUÊNCIAS DA FALTA DE POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS ESPECÍFICAS

Transmissíveis (ISTs) são causadas por vários
tipos de agentes de transmissão e transmissão,
por contato sexual sem o uso de camisinha
masculina ou feminina, com uma pessoa
infectada e, geralmente, manifestada pelo meio
de feridas, corrimentos, bolhas ou verrugas,
há um mito que as mulheres lésbicas não são
imunes às Ists, essas relações devem ser
desmistificadas e suas necessidades de saúde
esclarecidas. O trabalho visa elaborar uma
cartilha para mulheres lésbicas sobre as ISTs,
com enfoque na prevenção e informações sobre
a saúde sexual delas. Trata-se de uma revisão
integrativa da literatura, onde foi feita a busca
por bases nas bases de dados MEDLINE / BVS,
LILACS e PUBMED utilizando-se os descritores:
homossexualidade feminina, infecções
sexualmente transmissíveis e vulnerabilidade.
Os idiomas dos artigos procurados foram o
português, inglês e espanhol. Alguns estudos
evidenciaram a falta de conhecimento sobre
as formas de transmissão das ISTs, assim
como as dificuldades de acesso à informação
sobre os problemas de saúde. É imprescindível
um incremento na literatura de saúde
reprodutiva das mulheres lésbicas. Assim, o
desenvolvimento de uma iniciativa pública
voltada para essa população e uma maior
sensibilização de profissionais de saúde, afim
de minimizar uma escassez de ações de saúde
para as mulheres lésbicas.

Abstract:
Sexually Transmitted Infections
(STIs) are caused by various types of
transmission and transmission agents, through sexual contact without the use of a
male or female condom, with an infected person and usually manifested by wounds,
discharge, blisters or warts , there is a myth that lesbian women are not immune to Ists,
these relationships must be demystified and their health needs clarified. The paper
aims to develop a booklet for lesbian women on the Ists, focusing on prevention and
information on their sexual health. It is an integrative review of the literature, where
the search for bases in the MEDLINE / VHL, LILACS and PUBMED databases was
done using the descriptors: female homosexuality, sexually transmitted infections
and vulnerability. The languages of the articles sought were Portuguese, English and
Spanish. Some studies have demonstrated the lack of knowledge about the transmission
of STIs, as well as the difficulties of access to information on health problems. It is
essential to increase the reproductive health literature of lesbian women. Thus, the
development of a public initiative aimed at this population and a greater awareness
of health professionals, in order to minimize a shortage of health actions for lesbian
women.
