INFECÇÃO URINÁRIA CAUSADA PELA BACTÉRIA OPORTUNISTA Escherichia coli UROPATOGÊNICA
A infecção do trato urinário é um problema frequente, seu principal agente causador é a bactéria Escherichia coli, a manifestação poder ser sintomática ou assintomática, essa patologia acomete ambos os sexos, porém mulheres são mais propensas em fator da sua anatomia genital ascendente. Os microrganismos invadem o sistema urinário provocando a infecção. Fatores de virulência como as fimbrias estão relacionadas as principais infecções do aparelho urinário. Com o uso abusivo dos antibióticos a resistência bacteriana tornou-se algo frequente o que causa grande impacto no tratamento da doença, os sintomas clínicos associados as ITUS podem variar, na cistite urgência miccional, noctúria, disúria e dor supra púbica é comum e o sintoma atípico é a febre, já a pielonefrite apresenta todos os sintomas da cistite, mas sempre acompanhada de febre alta além de dor lombar uni ou bilateral. Dentre os exames realizados estão EAS, urocultura sendo padrão ouro e conforme a gravidade os de imagem são solicitados.

Abstract:
Urinary tract infection is a frequent problem, its main causative agent is the bacterium Escherichia coli, the manifestation may be symptomatic or asymptomatic, this pathology affects both sexes, but women are more prone to their ascending genital anatomy. Microorganisms invade the urinary system causing infection. Virulence factors such as fimbriae are related to the main urinary tract infections. With the abusive use of antibiotics, bacterial resistance has become something frequent which has a great impact on the treatment of the disease, the clinical symptoms associated with UTIs can vary, in cystitis, urinary urgency, nocturia, dysuria and suprapubic pain is common and the symptom fever is atypical, whereas pyelonephritis presents all the symptoms of cystitis, but is always accompanied by high fever in addition to unilateral or bilateral low back pain. Among the exams performed are EAS, uroculture being the gold standard and, depending on the severity, imaging are requested.
