INFECÇÃO DE SÍTIO CIRÚRGICO: AS AÇÕES DA EQUIPE NA PREVENÇÃO SOB A ÓTICA DO ENFERMEIRO EM CENTRO CIRÚRGICO
Objetivo: Compreender o papel do enfermeiro na prevenção de Infecção de sítio cirúrgico e a importância do checklist e profilaxia antimicrobiana como fator preventivo. Método: Uma revisão integrativa na qual foram utilizadas as bases de dados BDENF, BVS, SCIELO e LILACS, com corte temporal de 2014 à 2019, aonde foram selecionados 20 artigos para o estudo. Resultados: Foi constatado que o enfermeiro exerce um papel de grande importância na prevenção de infecção de sítio cirúrgico, mostrando-se presente em todo o período perioperatório e sempre atuante nas medidas adotadas através de protocolos profiláticos no qual vemos a profilaxia antimicrobiana e o cheklist como uma das medidas mais importantes para a prevenção desse acometimento. Conclusão: A infecção de sítio cirúrgico ainda é um grande problema que pode trazer riscos severos ao paciente aonde encontramos o enfermeiro à frente na supervisão e execução de medidas preventivas para a diminuição desse agravo e para segurança do paciente.

Abstract:
Objective: To understand the role of the nurse in the prevention of surgical site infection and the importance of checklist and antimicrobial prophylaxis as a preventive factor. Method: An integrative review in which the BDENF, VHL, SCIELO and LILACS databases were used, with a time cut from 2014 to 2019, where 20 articles were selected for the study. Results: It was found that the nurse plays a very important role in the prevention of surgical site infection, being present throughout the perioperative period and always active in the measures adopted through prophylactic protocols in which we see antimicrobial prophylaxis and the cheklist as one of the most important measures to prevent this involvement. Conclusion: The infection of surgical site is still a great problem that can bring severe risks to the patient where we find the nurse ahead in the supervision and execution of preventive measures for the reduction of this aggravation and for the safety of the patient.
