ÍNDICES ZOOTÉCNICOS DE BUBALINOS DAS RAÇAS MURRAH E MEDITERRÂNEO: ESTUDO DE CASO NO MUNICÍPIO DE CAMAQUÃ - RS
O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar os índices zootécnicos do rebanho de bubalinos das raças Mediterrâneo e Murrah, acompanhando as matrizes e seus bezerros, desde a safra 2008/2009 até 2019/2020, verificando a eficiência reprodutiva e produtiva dos animais. Nos onze anos analisados, 2,21% das fêmeas analisadas deixaram um bezerro por ano, e o número de búfalas com idade superior a 10 anos e produzindo bezerros representou 72,25% do rebanho. A idade do rebanho avaliado variou de 2 a 27 anos. Os pesos médios de entoure foram 521,16 e 530,99 kg e para desaleitamento 525,61 e 532,28 kg, para matrizes Mediterrâneo e Murrah, respectivamente. A taxa média de prenhez do rebanho foi 76,55%. A capacidade de ganho de peso dos bezerros do nascimento ao sobreano foi de 0,60 e 0,65 kg e a taxa de mortalidade de 1,80 e 3,72% para Mediterrâneo e Murrah, respectivamente.

Abstract:
The objective of this work was to survey the zootechnical indexes of the buffalo the Mediterranean and Murrah breeds, following the mothers and their calves, from the 2008/2009 to 2019/2020 harvest, verifying the efficiency reproductive and productive use of animals. In the eleven Years analyzed, 2.21% of the famales left on calf per year, and the number of buffaloes over the age 10 and producing calves representes 72,25%. The age of the heard varying from 2 to 27 years. The average weights were 521.16 and 530.99 kg and for weaning 525.61 and 532.28 kg, for Mediterranean and Murrah metrices, respectively. The average pregnancy rate of the hear was 76.55%. The weight gain capacity of calves from birth to yearling was 0.60 and 0.65 kg and the mortality rate was 1.80 and 3.72% for Mediterranean and Murrah, respectively.
