ÍNDICE DE SATISFAÇÃO AO ATENDIMENTO E QUALIDADE DE VIDA DOS PACIENTES ATENDIDOS PELO PROJETO DE EXTENSÃO EM FISIOTERAPIA NEUROFUNCIONAL DA CLÍNICA ESCOLA UNIFAFIBE.
O objetivo deste estudo foi aplicar o índice de MedRisk (MRPS), o questionário SF-36, e o Mini Exame de Estado Mental (MEEM) nos pacientes da Clínica escola de Fisioterapia UNIFAFIBE. Foram selecionados 24 pacientes, de ambos os gêneros, com idade superior a 18 anos, com diagnóstico clínico maior que 36 meses e com tempo de tratamento fisioterapêutico maior que 24 meses. Para mensurar o índice de satisfação dos pacientes foi utilizado o índice de MedRisk, para quantificar a qualidade de vida foi utilizado o questionário SF-36, e para analisar a capacidade cognitiva foi utilizado o MEEM. As coletas dos dados foram realizadas no primeiro, terceiro e sexto mês. A análise estatística foi mensurada pelo Teste ANOVA one way considerando o valor p≤0,05. Os resultados do índice de MedRisk revelaram que houve melhora do índice de satisfação. O questionário SF-36 demonstrou melhora nos domínios Limitação por Aspectos Físicos, Dor, Estado Geral de Saúde, Aspectos Sociais, Aspectos Emocionais e Saúde Mental. O MEEM demonstrou melhora dos aspectos mentais e cognitivos. Conclui-se que os atendimentos promovidos na clínica escola contribuíram positivamente para os 24 pacientes pertencentes ao setor de Fisioterapia Neurofuncional.

Abstract:
The aim of this study was to apply the MedRisk Index (MRPS), the SF-36 questionnaire, and the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) to patients at the UNIFAFIBE Physical Therapy School Clinic. Twenty-four patients of both genders, aged over 18 years, with a clinical diagnosis of more than 36 months and with a time of physical therapy treatment longer than 24 months were selected. The MedRisk index was used to measure patient satisfaction, the SF-36 questionnaire was used to quantify quality of life, and the MMSE was used to analyze cognitive capacity. Data collection was performed in the first, third and sixth month. Statistical analysis was measured by the one-way ANOVA test considering the value p≤0.05. The results of the MedRisk index revealed that there was an improvement in the satisfaction index. The SF-36 questionnaire showed improvement in the Physical Aspects Limitation, Pain, General Health Status, Social Aspects, Emotional Aspects and Mental Health domains. The MMSE showed improvement in mental and cognitive aspects. It is concluded that the care provided at the school clinic contributed positively to the 24 patients belonging to the Neurofunctional Physiotherapy sector.
