ÍNDICE DE CARÊNCIA HABITACIONAL NA PERIFERIA DE NATAL, CAPITAL DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE, BRASIL
A qualidade de vida das pessoas está inteiramente associada à ascensão dos serviços de saneamento básico e os seus empregos. O abastecimento de água potável, a coleta, tratamento, disposição dos esgotos e resíduos sólidos, são imperiosas para mitigar danos à saúde pública e ao meio ambiente. As principais bases de dados fazem alusão aos aspectos do saneamento básico e infraestrutura do bairro, obtidos por meio de um levantamento utilizando ferramentas de variáveis que relacionam a cobertura de serviço e o índice do indicador analisado. Com isso a pesquisa propõe elucidar sobre desenvolvimento e importância da regularização fundiária na garantir de condições de moradia adequada e consequentemente, mudança do Índice de Carência Habitacional atual. É necessário que além da habitação, todos tenham acesso ao saneamento básico de qualidade.

Abstract:
The quality of life of people is entirely associated with the rise of basic sanitation services and their jobs. The supply of drinking water, the collection, treatment, disposal of sewage and solid waste, are imperative to mitigate damage to public health and the environment. The main databases allude to aspects of basic sanitation and infrastructure in the neighborhood, obtained through a survey using tools of variables that relate the service coverage and the index of the analyzed indicator. With this, the research proposes to elucidate about the development and importance of land tenure regularization in guaranteeing adequate housing conditions and, consequently, changing the current Housing Needs Index. In addition to housing, everyone needs access to quality basic sanitation.
