ÍNDICE DA PERCEPÇÃO AMBIENTAL A PARTIR DA AGRICULTURA FAMILIAR EM COMUNIDADES RURAIS DO NORDESTE BRASILEIRO
Nos últimos anos, a atividade
agrícola vem causando transformações
ambientais no planeta terra e a agricultura
familiar está inserida nesse cenário, sendo a
responsável pela maior parte dos alimentos
consumidos em todo o País, mesmo ocupando
uma parcela mínima de terra. Com essa
perspectiva este artigo tem como objetivo
avaliar o nível de percepção ambiental dos
produtores da zona rural de três comunidades,
do município de Acopiara – CE. Para alcançar
tal objetivo foi realizada uma palestra sobre
Conscientização Ambiental e logo após
aplicou-se um questionário quali-quantitativo
para trinta voluntários. Com os resultados
primários obtidos, foi avaliada a percepção
ambiental através do Índice de Conhecimento
Ambiental (ICA), o Índice de Conscientização
Ambiental Rural (ICAR) e o Índice de Qualidade
das Informações Ambientais Rurais (IQIAR),
visto que esses foram a base para formação
do Índice Geral da Percepção Ambiental na
Agricultura (IGPAA), consolidando assim todas
as informações. A partir destes resultados foi
concluído que todos os índices encontram se
baixos, necessitando de uma política pública
específica para solucionar o problema ou ao
menos minimizar.

Abstract:
In recent years, agricultural activity
has been causing environmental transformations
on planet earth and family agriculture is part
of this scenario, being responsible for most
of the food consumed throughout the country,
even occupying a minimal portion of land. With
this perspective this article aims to evaluate the level of environmental perception of
the producers of the rural area of three communities, in the municipality of Acopiara
- CE. To achieve this objective, a lecture on Environmental Awareness was held and
a qualitative-quantitative questionnaire was then applied to thirty volunteers. With the
primary results obtained, the environmental perception was evaluated through the
Environmental Knowledge Index (ICA), the Rural Environmental Awareness Index
(ICAR) and the Rural Environmental Information Quality Index (IQIAR), as these were
the basis for the General Index of Environmental Perception in Agriculture (IGPAA), thus
consolidating all the information. From these results it was concluded that all indices
are low, requiring a specific public policy to solve the problem or at least to minimize.
