INCLUSÃO SOCIAL DE MULHERES NO IFPB: estudo de caso do “Programa Mulheres Mil” no município de Bayeux-PB
O Programa Mulheres Mil, cuja essência está baseada na educação, cidadania e desenvolvimento sustentável, executa ações direcionadas para a qualificação profissional (básica) e profissionalizante (modalidade EJA - ensino fundamental) em diferentes regiões do Brasil, assim como o subprojeto “Desenvolvimento Comunitário” no município de Bayeux-PB, onde existem comunidades carentes que sofrem com a total falta de infraestrutura e questões de saúde pública para atender as necessidades básicas dos moradores. Este trabalho tem como objeto principal o conhecimento do Programa Mulheres Mil no âmbito do Instituto Federal de Educação e Tecnologia da Paraíba e avalia os seus impactos na vida das mulheres participantes. No tocante aos objetivos específicos, visa analisar as políticas públicas impostas pelo governo em relação às mulheres e ao programa em destaque e identificar os benefícios gerados às mulheres participantes do Programa, por meio da educação inclusiva. Portanto, ao concluir esta pesquisa, constatou-se que, o programa apoiado nas políticas públicas do Governo Federal, por sua vez, tem como prioridade motivar a promoção das temáticas de gênero, da equidade e diversidade étnica, bem como, a Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) com formação profissional e tecnológica, elevando a sua escolaridade e permitindo maior trânsito e acesso ao mundo do trabalho, à cidadania, à inclusão social, entre outros fatores. Promove também, o desenvolvimento local e regional, a integração e sustentabilidade e oferece às mulheres um suporte para educação e inclusão social. Tais mulheres, por sua vez, quando alfabetizadas, reconhecem que o aprendizado requer para toda a vida uma dedicação aos avanços do conhecimento, pois é por meio desse conhecimento que elas poderão ser escritoras da sua própria história e agentes de transformação do mundo existente dentro de si.

Abstract:
The “Mulheres Mil Program”, whose essence is based on education, citizenship and sustainable development, carries out actions directed to professional qualification (basic) and professionalizing modality (Youth and Adult Education - Elementary education) in different regions of Brazil, as well as the subproject “Community Development” in the municipality of Bayeux-PB, where there are needy communities that suffer from a total lack of infrastructure and public health issues to meet the dwellers´ basic needs. This work has as main object the knowledge of the “Mulheres Mil Program” in the scope of the Federal Institute of Education and Technology of Paraíba and it assesses its impacts on the lives of the participating women. With regard to the specific objectives, it
aims to analyze public policies imposed by the government in relation to women and to the mentioned program and to identify the benefits generated to women participating in the Program, by means of inclusive education. Therefore, at the end of this research, it was realized that the Program, supported by the public policies of the Federal Government, in turn, has the priority to motivate the promotion of themes, such as gender, equity and ethnic diversity, as well as the Youth and Adult Education with professional and technological training, raising their schooling and allowing greater traffic and access to the world of work, citizenship, social inclusion, among other factors. It also promotes local and regional development, integration and sustainability, and offers women support for education and social inclusion. Such women, in turn, when literate, recognize that learning requires a lifelong dedication to advances in knowledge, as it is through knowledge that they can be writers of their own history and transformation agents of the world within themselves.
